Thursday's Homework and Notes

Happy Feast of St. Luke!
Please check out the video the students made. They worked in pairs to research his life using books and the computer. Then they contributed the facts they found to the video and made suggestions for pictures and timing. We have shared it with the rest of the school and received many compliments!

Conference Requests
Thanks for returning the conference forms so quickly. I have almost all of them in and there were very few conflicts. You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled time in next Wednesday's folder. If you have not returned your request yet, please do so as soon as possible.

Religion Project
Our All Saints' Day religion project began today and the students have all the details to share with you. Look for two papers in the homework folder. Tonight they should choose a saint and let me know tomorrow. They are required to choose a saint they have not done before.

Homework This Week

Standardized testing began first thing this morning. Thanks to everyone for being ready and on time.  The students have one homework assignment this week: get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast, and be on time. Please bring a snack for break time.  Please encourage your child to approach the testing as a chance to show how much he or she has learned.
