School Supplies

Next week, the students will bring home a list of supplies that need replacing or refilling. This would be a great list to pass along to Santa for stocking stuffers!

Winter Clothes

It finally feels like December weather! Please keep a few guidelines in mind for school days.
  • If the temperature is below 30, your child needs a jacket in addition to the school sweatshirt. Trips to the gym and waits in the car line can be quite chilly.
  • Long sleeved solid white undershirts may be worn on very cold days under the uniform shirt if the sweatshirt is also worn.
  • Girls may wear knee socks or Navy or White tights during cold weather.
  • Please make sure all jackets and sweatshirts are labeled with your child's name. I have labeled some of them, but new unlabeled ones keep appearing!
  • If your child wears a jacket in place of the sweatshirt, please send the sweatshirt along in the backpack for use in the classroom or church.

Feast of St. Nicholas

Tomorrow is the feast of St. Nicholas. For our new families, it is a treasured St. Luke tradition to set our shoes out in the hallway so St. Nicholas can leave us a treat.
